3. What information do I need to provide for a quote? To provide the most accurate quote, we need the following details:

  • Type of home (e.g., Cabin, Singlewide, Doublewide, Camp Shack)

  • Size of the home (e.g., 76'x16')

  • Average height of the home (from ground to top of skirting)

  • Description and size of any attached structures (e.g., Decks, Steps)

  • Description of the skirting (e.g., Metal, Vinyl, Wood)

  • Number of crawlspace access points

  • Photos of the exterior of the home and the crawlspace

 

4. How long does it take to receive a quote? Once we receive your request and all the necessary details, we aim to provide a quote within 24-48 hours.

 

5. Do you offer emergency services? Yes, we offer emergency services for urgent issues. Please call us directly to discuss your emergency needs.

 

6. How often should I have my modular home leveled? It’s recommended to have your modular home leveled every 3-5 years, or if you notice any signs of shifting such as doors or windows that are difficult to open or close, or visible gaps in the skirting.

 

7. Can you repair damaged skirting? Yes, we can repair or replace damaged skirting. We work with a variety of materials including vinyl, metal, and wood.

 

8. What is a belly bag and why is it important? A belly bag (also known as a belly wrap or underbelly) is a protective layer beneath your modular home that helps to insulate and protect the home from moisture, pests, and debris. It's important to keep it in good condition to maintain the efficiency and integrity of your home.

 

9. Do you provide maintenance services? Yes, we offer comprehensive maintenance services to keep your modular home in top condition. Regular maintenance can help prevent costly repairs down the line.
