Insulated & Non Insulated Skirting

Choosing between insulated and non-insulated skirting for your mobile home depends on your needs for protection, energy efficiency, and cost.

Both options enhance your mobile home’s appearance and provide foundational protection. Insulated skirting offers added comfort and energy savings, while non-insulated skirting is perfect for those looking for an affordable, functional option.

Let us help you choose the best solution for your home’s needs!

Insulated Skirting
(Vinyl and Metal options)

Designed for extreme weather, insulated skirting helps regulate your mobile home’s temperature by reducing heat loss in the winter and keeping it cooler in the summer. It also provides superior moisture and pest protection, making it a durable and energy-efficient solution. We offer installation of both Rapid Wall & Trim-Lock brands. The price for an insulated skirting project typically ranges from $8,000 to $12,000 installed.

Non-Insulated Skirting
(Vinyl Only)

A cost-effective option, non-insulated skirting offers reliable protection against the elements, pests, and debris. While it doesn’t provide the same energy efficiency as insulated skirting, it’s a great choice for those seeking a durable, low-maintenance solution at a lower price. We supply and install both Ribb & Mitten brands. Non-insulated skirting projects generally range from $4,000 to $8,000 installed.
